These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Travel Tracker website and every booking, quotation or service request made through us. By browsing this site or confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling on your booking.
1. About us
Travel Tracker is a travel agency registered in Bangladesh, offering tour packages, air ticketing, hotel reservations and visa processing assistance. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Travel Tracker; "you" means the person making the booking and all travellers named on it.
2. Quotations and bookings
- A quotation is an estimate only. Prices, availability and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking and may change until full payment is received.
- A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit or full payment has cleared.
- You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, routes and traveller details on your confirmation exactly match the passports being used. Corrections requested after ticketing may attract airline or supplier charges.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive only of the items listed under "What's included" for the relevant package.
- Fares, taxes and exchange rates can change without notice until a ticket is issued. Any increase imposed by an airline, hotel, embassy or other supplier before issuance will be passed on to you.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer, card or approved mobile financial services. Any bank, gateway or transaction charge is payable by you.
4. Passports, visas and health requirements
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa, and any health or vaccination documents required for your itinerary. We will advise on requirements and assist with visa applications, but the decision of any embassy or immigration authority is outside our control. We are not liable for refused visas, denied boarding or refused entry, and payments already made to embassies or suppliers remain non-refundable in those cases.
5. Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Airline, hotel and other supplier rules apply in full, in addition to our service charge. Cancellation and refund handling is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Changes made by us or by suppliers
Itineraries occasionally change for reasons beyond our control, such as flight rescheduling, hotel overbooking, weather or operational decisions by a supplier. Where a significant change occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer the available alternatives. Minor changes to sightseeing order, hotel of equivalent standard or transport type do not constitute a significant change.
7. Our role and liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other independent suppliers. Their own terms and conditions of carriage or service apply to your booking. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or expense arising from the act or omission of a supplier, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural events, epidemics, civil unrest or government action.
8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller holds comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation, cancellation and baggage for the full duration of the trip.
9. Traveller conduct
You must comply with the laws of the countries you visit and with the reasonable instructions of tour leaders and suppliers. We may decline or terminate travel arrangements for any traveller whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts others, with no refund due.
10. Content and intellectual property
All text, images, itineraries and branding on this site belong to Travel Tracker or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information you provide is used to process your booking and visa application, and is shared only with the airlines, hotels, embassies and payment providers required to deliver those services.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
